What is a mental health problem
Giving all students an equal chance to thrive!
This 12-week programme consists of 6-weeks of resilience and confidence-building workshops, followed by 6-weeks of 1:1/small group mentoring to support students to make positive changes in their lives.
We provide ongoing 1:1 support for a caseload of young people aged 11-25.

Our Wellbeing Ambassador training supports young people with their wellbeing, whilst developing the confidence and leadership skills needed to support others who may be struggling.
The programme can be delivered as one full day or 6 1-hour sessions. Suitable for 16-25 year olds.
Participants receive a '4YoungMinds Young Leader' certificate upon completion.
