1:1 MENTORING AND FAMILY SUPPORT

What will the workshop cover?

  • Understanding the impact of poor mental health on behaviour

  • Recognising signs and symptoms

  • Tools to support wellbeing from home

  • Talking to a young person about their mental health

  • Signposting to services in your community that can provide additional support.

We provide tailored ongoing support for a caseload of young people aged 11-25. We focus on managing emotional health and wellbeing by:

  • Creating personalised wellbeing plans

  • Confidence and resilience building

  • Positive coping strategies and habits

  • Goal setting and SMART targets

Life after Lockdown: Parents Workshop

The past few months have been extremely challenging and 4YoungMinds recognises that parents may be worried about the wellbeing of their children.  Our Back to School workshop has been designed to equip parents with the tools to support their children during the transition back into the classroom.
