Around 75% of mental health conditions develop before the age of 25.  Over the past 10 years, five times more students have disclosed a mental health condition to their institution.  Students in higher education can experience poor mental health and wellbeing due to factors such as an increase in academic, financial and social pressures.

We provide early intervention workshops directly to young people in higher education to equip them with the skills to better manage their emotional health and wellbeing to better navigate this exciting yet challenging time in their lives.

Ongoing 1:1 support with a caseload of young people can be arranged to take place at your university.

We focus on managing emotional health and wellbeing by:

  • Creating personalised wellbeing plans

  • Confidence and resilience building

  • Goal setting and SMART targets

  • Positive coping strategies and habits
