We specialise in promoting mental health awareness and resilience in young people aged 11-25 through our interactive, activity-based workshops and 1:1 mentoring. Our workshops empower young people to take control of their own wellbeing and #TalkAboutIt.
We work with schools, colleges and other youth and community settings.
Programmes are flexible to fit a range of school or organisational needs. Assemblies and drop-down days are also available.

MIND OVER MATTer masterclasses
We offer a selection of individually tailored, interactive group workshops to explore topics relevant to different age groups and backgrounds.
Each session is delivered for 90-120 minutes, depending on your timetable.

Social media and Online Safety

Ongoing 1:1 support for a caseload of young people aged 11-25.
We focus on managing emotional health and wellbeing by:
Creating personalised wellbeing plans
Building confidence and resilience
Setting goals and boosting motivation
Creating positive coping mechanisms and healthy habits

Mind over matter: young leaders
Our Wellbeing Ambassador training supports young people with their wellbeing, whilst developing the confidence and leadership skills needed to support others who may be struggling.
The programme can be delivered as one full day or 6 1-hour sessions. Suitable for 16-25 year olds.
The training will cover:
Understanding and talking about mental health
Tackling stigma and discrimination
Developing practical ways to effectively manage emotional wellbeing in themselves and others.
Addressing the barriers to seeking support
Services for additional support
Participants receive a '4YoungMinds Young Leader' certificate upon completion.
Whole School Approach
Promoting positive wellbeing in your students, staff and whole school community.
This school-wide, holistic approach supports the wellbeing of your students and staff by creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable talking about mental health.
The programme is delivered on a yearly basis, with each year group receiving a tailored selection of 1-hour workshops targeted to their specific needs.
The package also includes training workshops for staff. We believe in the importance of equipping staff with the tools to embed a culture of positive wellbeing and having the confidence to support students.
Giving all students an equal chance to thrive!
This 12-week programme consists of 6-weeks of resilience and confidence-building workshops, followed by 6-weeks of 1:1/small group mentoring to support students to make positive changes in their lives.
We work with selected groups of your students to improve their emotional health and wellbeing and equip them with the tools to reach their full potential.
