Mental health Workshops for Young People

We offer interactive group wellbeing and resilience workshops for 11 -25 year olds in schools, colleges and other youth and community settings.


Our bespoke programmes explore a range of wellbeing topics to build confidence, resilience and improve young people's understanding of their mental health.


Topics include (not limited to):

  • Managing Anxiety

  • Exam Stress

  • Developing a Growth Mindset

  • Managing Anger and Conflict

  • Healthy Relationships

We have delivered our signature 6-week Mind Over Matter programme to 100's young people across London.  We also offer

one-off workshops to create awareness and start discussions on important mental wellbeing topics.
